HOW TO REQUEST HELP

Before submitting a help desk inquiry, try looking through the DIY Knowledge Base. The Knowledge Base contains useful technical tips and tricks, plus an up-to-date list of known software and hardware issues and how to get around them.

If you can't find your answer in the Knowledge Base, please submit a 'ticket' with your issue clearly stated. You can track the reponses to your issues by returning to the help desk at any time.
