Vista and UAC

Issue

Vista keeps on issuing 'user access control' warnings.

Resolution

Microsoft introduced a technology called 'user access control' in Vista. This new technology is causing users to be bombarded with warning messages during routine operations with many software solutions. TyTags is working to minimze these warnings in a future update of TyTags DIY.

The good news, UAC can be turned off in Vista. See this link for details. However, before you make the decision to disable UAC in Vista, we suggest you contact your local computer technician and get some first-hand advice. Vista has many different installations and you should get an expert opinion before modifying your Vista setup.
